Creating a Brand

​

​The aim of this project was to create my own brand based on my personality and personal interests. I defined the purpose of my brand and discussed possible products, services, and/or experiences. I developed the corporate identity, thought about what brand touchpoint could be relevant, created a brand film, and mock-ups of merchandise and packaging. Furthermore, I created personas and did customer journey mapping to improve my customer experience. Lastly, I built a model of my company and focused on its interior design.

Bistrosie is a bistro by day and a wine bar by night. It represents my personality of kindness, honesty, and calmness. The theme of the interior is an Italian wine cellar. This gives the whole bar a friendly, peaceful, and tranquil atmosphere. It is a place for young people and even students to come to relax or work, have a good time with friends or for people who appreciate good food and wine.


What makes Bistrosie special is that it aims to educate customers about wine, healthy cooking and meals. This is done over the app, website, or by joining a wine tasting offered at the weekends. Another special attribute is that the menu is created to target people who are on a strict diet or watch out for what they eat. It is possible to choose every single ingredient without feeling any time pressure, as the menu is filled out by the customers themselves. Bistrosie also has monthly themes of different countries to expand the variety of food and wine. Not only can you come here to learn, but you can also come alone, spend time with your significant other or with friends.
