Learning environments

​

This project is based on a real-life design challenge. Our team had the opportunity to thoroughly assess and analyse the Luzerner Kantonalbank and their unique selling points, branded experience marketing, brand strategy, customer journeys, and touch-points.

​

The general questions we asked ourselves were: How can the Luzerner Kantonalbank improve their learning environment and how can they encourage people to physically come back to the bank more often?

​

Through a well thought out design strategy, we hoped to allow clients to easily find their way through the bank and created an experience that left a long-lasting and unique impression, which had a positive impact on the clients.

​

Our goals were to engage customers on a retail and individual level and to create learning experiences with value.
